Massimo Barboni, 45, has been appointed ON Trade Sales Director of Heineken on March 2012. In this role Massimo gives continuity to the development of brands portfolio of Heineken Italy in the Horeca channel and coordinates the sales force and the teams of Trade Marketing, Technical Customer Care, Customer Mgmt and Sales Capabilities Mgmt.
His career in Heineken starts in 1996 and since then he gains experience in the marketing and sales areas, both in the italian headquarters and in the Netherlands in Amsterdam. Barboni has held over the years many important roles: International Account Specialist On-trade in Amsterdam, Marketing and Sponsorship Manager for brands Birra Moretti, Ichnusa, Dreher, Budweiser, Amstel and special beers. He became Head of the Business Unit Export of Heineken Italy in 2009 and since March 2012 he holds the current role.
